I've been working with KRS Consulting a HR and Training Company. Within a matter of weeks their website is now found for key search terms to do with Covey training and Career Transition Workshops on Page 1 of Google plus for many local and regional searches for HR Consultancy.

For any website to be a worthy sales tool it needs to be found, not just for one or two keywords, people and potential customers use all sorts of different search terms. After a successful recruitment campaign for an independent midland's pub group, I've been asked to recruit again. Online recruitment is extremely competitive for website rankings for any recruitment sector, so it is really pleasing to see www.find-me-a-pub.co.uk on front and second pages for main keyword searches such as 'managed pub vacancies' and managed house vacancies competing for this position against national and PLC companies, so it does show you don't need to put off from achieving high rankings, it can happen and make a real difference.
When I'm asked about search engine optimisation a common question is surely not everyone can be on page one? This has to be true there are only ten lines a page. But for every business there are hundreds of search terms that will be something to do with your business unless you only sell one product that only does one job. SEO companies can work to get websites appearing on page 1, but is the business sure that this keyword is relevant to customers or just to the business. It's no good being listed for something that doesn't translate into a sale. I'm working on a couple of projects for ecommerce websites to improve traffic and sales. Website traffic is improved by increasing rankings of websites for relevant searches and targeted online advertising, increasing sales is through conversions of visitors to customers through analysis of where visitors drop out and reversing this. The plus about internet selling is the amount of analytical information available to assess improvements or otherwise. I've just started work for Mama Belli's play centre in Harlow, Essex. By hovering your mouse near the lisiting you get a paragraph of information about the website, so you don't have to click on the site first to see if it is likely to be the website you want. Also this week it has been reported that Microsoft will be promoting Bing to all it's European customers to convert, so basically anyone who uses Microsoft software, this could be an interesting challenge to Google. The relevance is to optimise websites for all search engines, which is something I do and track. Some good news for me is, if you search for ' business consultant ' on Bing, you'll find this website at the Number 1 position. One of the areas which Allergy UK promotes and undertakes training for is allergy screening and testing. There now have a large network of pharmacists who undertake these consultations. My City Cars continueto gain interest in their small engine – low emission cars and have now imported two other models into the UK.
